After a brief flutter of snow today, Sevenoaks has otherwise escaped the

drifting snow that’s causing havoc across much of the country. That’s

set to change tomorrow.

The forecast is for heavy snow, minimal visibility and biting temperatures of - 5 degrees centigrade at night and zero degrees in the day.

The

next day (Wednesday, 1 December) is predicted to be very sunny, but

colder still during the day, with -3 followed by -5 at night. This is

likely to cause hazardous icy conditions on roads and pavements.

We will keep you posted on Sevenoaks People and via our Twitter account – and do post your galleries of snowy Sevenoaks on here!

Any school closures will be up on the site before 8.30am wherever possible.
