In short, our customer experience today at Zizzi Sevenoaks was the worst we have ever encountered. Inept, inert staff and discourtesy were just the start. It took 3 hours to serve 2 courses. 1 main course was served 30 mins after 2 others had been finished. We cancelled dessert after waiting 45 mins to have our completed main course plates removed with no sign of dessert forthcoming. At this point, the restaurant was hemorrhaging disgruntled customers.Then the bill was issued incorrectly twice before the duty manager recognised the shortcomings and discounted our meal. Rest assured we are not serial whingers. On the contrary, we are Zizzi frequenters. It gives us no pleasure therefore to report that the service today was shockingly bad. We will not frequent Zizzi Sevenoaks again. Ever.
