  • Pour the cream into your blender - do in stages if you have
  • The cream will separate into runny buttermilk and lumpy butt
  • Rinse several times with very cold water then plunge into bo
  • Wrap in greaseproof paper, using the paper to shape neatly
  • This is unsalted butter, so it will keep for 2-3 days in the

    Personally I don't add any salt because I like it unsalted, but you can pick Dairy Salt up at some health food shops and farm shops - it's really just very pure salt so normal salt finely ground would be okay.
