I ordered some prints that had to be an exact size and mistakenly gave them cm instead of inches. I explained my error when I came to collect them, and saw that the prints were the size of a postage stamp, and they reprinted them for me. When I came to collect them the second time they insisted on charging for both sets. I explained it was a genuine error and stated that it was obviously a mistake with the size of the prints (why did they not just call me to check?). They refused to even offer a discount. Even though it was my mistake I think it was very poor customer services and their attitude was even worse. It was basically a "we don't care" attitude. I won't be going back and warn anyone that needs bespoke printing to be absolutely accurate with their instructions.
