Happily Surprised!

I brought my mother here to get her fitted with some shoes as her feet are very swollen and she has been coming here for years. While the sales assistant brought down various wide fitting shoes for her to try I had a look around the shop, to my surprise I found that Hoad's stock HB shoes, I have been looking for a local stockist for such a long time, although their selection is small at the moment (I am assured this will change for the winter) the HB shoes they have are lovely. They also stock Riva which offer a large selection of ballet pumps and Dubarry boots and boat shoes. I always had the opinion that I wouldn't find anything in here for my age group but I was happily surprised and treated myself to two pairs!!

    Excellent Service!

       

    As soon as I walked into Hoads I was greeted by the sales assistants and asked if I required help, unfortunately I have difficult feet and was looking for a smart pair of evening shoes to go with a new dress. The sales assistant suggested a few styles to try which fitted me like a glove, although we tried a few more styles and colours to see which was my favourite the sales assistant was completely engaged through out the entire sale chatting about my outfit and suggesting other shoes or ordering in in-case they did not have the size. I left with a wonderful pair of Van Dal's and a smile on my face. Will definitely be returning for my next pair!
