I've been to Toni & Guy in the High Street twice. The first time I was thrilled with the Posh Bob (this was a couple of years ago) I had cut and the customer care was fab. I was pregnant at the time and they really looked after me.
The second time I took my daughter (then seven) for her birthday and both of us had a cut and blow dry. It cost a bomb as it was a Saturday (kids' cuts are reduced in the week) but she's now nine and still talking about it and we both had brilliant cuts.
If we weren't being strangled by recession I'd definitely go more often!
