Otford Ladies Football Club - New football coaching sessions

LADIES FOOTBALL STARTING AT OTFORD IN MARCH!

Otford Ladies FC would like to invite all girls and ladies over the age of 16 to come down and train at Otford Recreation Ground, High Street, Otford on a midweek evening starting in March.

The coaching lessons will be at a pay-as-you-play price encouraging ladies to come every week or whenever they want. The main aim is to encourage as many ladies to come along, whatever ability and learn how to play as part of a team. Future aims will most definitely involve playing matches and hopefully joining a league.

The football coaching lessons will be run by Stuart Cunningham, Head Coach of Otford United Juniors FC but as an added incentive for fitness and as part of the price, a personal trainer will support the lessons with an opportunity to train boot camp style through a range of sporting methods, eg. boxercise.
