Did you know that the Council charges 50p per extra roll of recycling bags if you go to pick some up at the offices? It's really not much and I don't mind paying it at all, but they don't make it very clear until you get there!

Interesting. I've not long moved to the area and ran out of recycling sacks. I rang a nice lady at the council and she posted some to me. She said to do the same should I run out again.

Someone else from Otford said that they're not charged to pick them up from the Parish Council there either - maybe it's restricted to people going in from the street to the District Council offices...
