Four Elms fatal crash: BMW driver arrested after biker, 41, dies

A man has been arrested following a collision in Four Elms, near Edenbridge, on Sunday 27 January in which a 41-year-old motorcyclist died.

The incident, involving a black BMW car and a white Honda motorbike happened at the junction of Four Elms Road and Pootings Road.
The male biker had been travelling north-east along Four Elms Road, towards Sevenoaks.
Kent Police was called at 1:20pm and the Kent Air Ambulance attended.
Several roads around Four Elms village were closed until 6:30pm while both vehicles were recovered.
A 52-year-old from North London was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
He was bailed to until 16 May, 2013, while investigations into the incident continue.

This chap was a neighbour of mine. The news is tragic and shocking, you could not have met a nicer guy. Respect should be shown to his family and details allowed to come out by the usual proper channels. Life is just to fragile and short.
